The Lot Is Now Open at Reserve Labs

The Lot is officially open at Reserve Labs, bringing a new outdoor space to campus designed for movement, fresh air, and easy connection throughout the workday. Built with everyday wellness in mind, The Lot gives teams a place to step outside, reset between meetings, and spend time together in a more relaxed setting. It is now open for tenants to enjoy.

Tenants can jump into a spirited game of pickleball with quality equipment and plenty of space for teammates to watch, cheer, and hang out. Whether it is a casual match during lunch or a friendly game after hours, the court brings a fun, social energy to the outdoor space and makes it easy to build quick moments of connection into the day.

The outdoor fitness yard is designed for flexible, personalized workouts, with cardio machines, free weights, a floor exercise zone, and an open turf lawn. It is a great option for squeezing in a quick sweat, building a regular routine, or switching things up with fresh air and open space.

The shaded fitness yard also hosts group classes, from vinyasa yoga to cardio kickboxing and everything in between, with locker rooms located just steps away. It is easy to fit movement into the workday and get right back to meetings or time at the bench without missing a beat.

The Lot adds another layer to life at Reserve Labs, offering space to move your body, connect with coworkers, and take a real break from your desk. If you are exploring space at Reserve Labs, this new outdoor amenity is one more way the campus is designed to support how teams work, recharge, and feel their best. The Lot is now open for tenants and ready to be part of the everyday routine.

First Look at The Lot at Reserve Labs

We recently welcomed brokers to Reserve Labs in San Diego for a fun, high-energy afternoon celebrating the opening of The Lot sport court and showcasing what makes this life science campus stand out. With canyon views and the newly delivered outdoor amenity space, The Lot sport court features shaded fitness yards and a pickleball court. Guests enjoyed live music, food and drinks, friendly cornhole competition, and time to explore the property.

Brokers got a first-hand look at the campus and had a chance to walk the amenity-rich spaces, get a feel for the environment, and see how the outdoor areas extend the workday beyond the lab and office. The Lot sport court is designed to give teams a place to step outside, move a little, and connect with coworkers, whether it is a quick game between meetings or a moment to take a breather.

Between games, there was plenty of time to catch up, tour the space, and talk shop about what tenants are looking for in today’s amenity-rich life science campuses. The event created an easy setting for meaningful conversations and relationship-building across the market.

The Lot sport court is part of Reserve Labs’ broader approach to creating outdoor amenities that support wellness, collaboration, and community across the campus. We are excited to see this new space become a go-to spot for teams to recharge, connect, and get moving.
