Built with everyday wellness in mind, The Lot gives teams a place to step outside, reset between meetings, and spend time together in a more relaxed setting. It is now open for tenants to enjoy.

Tenants can jump into a spirited game of pickleball with quality equipment and plenty of space for teammates to watch, cheer, and hang out. Whether it is a casual match during lunch or a friendly game after hours, the court brings a fun, social energy to the outdoor space and makes it easy to build quick moments of connection into the day.

The outdoor fitness yard is designed for flexible, personalized workouts, with cardio machines, free weights, a floor exercise zone, and an open turf lawn. It is a great option for squeezing in a quick sweat, building a regular routine, or switching things up with fresh air and open space.

We recently welcomed brokers to Reserve Labs in San Diego for a fun, high-energy afternoon celebrating the opening of The Lot sport court and showcasing what makes this life science campus stand out. With canyon views and the newly delivered outdoor amenity space, The Lot sport court features shaded fitness yards and a pickleball court. Guests enjoyed live music, food and drinks, friendly cornhole competition, and time to explore the property.

Brokers got a first-hand look at the campus and had a chance to walk the amenity-rich spaces, get a feel for the environment, and see how the outdoor areas extend the workday beyond the lab and office.
